Na de landelijke conferentie in maart strijkt komende week ook het Europese congres over de circulaire economie in Friesland neer. De provincie wil andere regio’s inspireren maar ook zichzelf in de schijnwerper zetten. „Wy wolle ynspirearje mar ek ferkeapje.”
