Wie regelmatig op Funda kijkt, moet dit stuk grond in Koudum ongetwijfeld gezien hebben. Het terrein aan de Tjalke van der Walstraat staat namelijk al 6,5 jaar te koop. Geen huis, garage of kavel in Friesland staat langer op Funda. Maar er gloort hoop.
