De kantonrechter in Leeuwarden heeft op 19 september uitgesproken dat Wim de Vries ten onrechte het warme water van 12 huurders in Leeuwarden heeft afgesloten. Hij moet de warmwatertoevoer herstellen, op straffe van een dwangsom van 1000 euro per dag.
