Het aantal autodiefstallen in Nederland is in de eerste helft van 2025 explosief gestegen. Met 3645 gestolen personenauto’s, een stijging van ruim 20 procent vergeleken met 2024, is de situatie zorgwekkend. Dat blijkt uit nieuwe cijfers die de Stichting VbV (Verzekeringsbureau Voertuigcriminaliteit) deelt.
