Het aantal mensen met problematische schulden blijft stijgen. Dat blijkt uit cijfers van het Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek. Volgens Sanne Mulder van Humanitas Leeuwarden is schaamte een grote boosdoener. ‘Mensen durven niet op tijd aan de bel te trekken.’
