Dat blijkt uit onder meer een eigen test van De Telegraaf. Stichting Rookpreventie Jeugd (SRPJ) is de handel in illegale nicotineproducten spuugzat en eist dat de Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM) gaat optreden.
