Limbutex B.V., het vastgoedbedrijf van de 76-jarige Taeke Dijkstra, is failliet. De rechtbank in Maastricht sprak dinsdagochtend het faillissement uit in een voortslepend conflict tussen de opkoper van vakantieparken en recreatieondernemer Theo op de Hoek uit Makkum.
