Na acht jaar plannen en voorbereidingen gaat de nieuwbouw van zorgorganisatie Sprank in Buitenpost definitief niet door. Dat maakte de organisatie woensdag 10 september bekend. Stichting Sprank biedt zorg en ondersteuning aan mensen met een verstandelijke en/of lichamelijke beperking.
