Mohamad Hejazi (55), eigenaar van patisserie Joury Sweets in Leeuwarden, stuurt regelmatig geld naar Gaza voor voedsel, water en tenten. „Ik heb honderden gezinnen geholpen”, zegt hij. „Niet om op te scheppen, maar uit plichtsgevoel en om anderen aan te moedigen hetzelfde te doen.”
