Hij is al vaker naar Oekraïne geweest om daar te helpen, maar nog niet eerder ging Matthijs Kuipers (22) uit Burum er voor twee maanden heen. Nu hij net klaar is met studeren is dit de kans om het te gaan doen. Vrijdagochtend vertrok hij in alle vroegte naar Irpin.
