Medio april bracht Thom de Graaf, vicepresident van de Raad van State, zijn jaarverslag over 2024 uit. Dat ging gepaard met een ernstige wake-up-call over de staat van onze rechtsstaat en democratie. Tot voor kort onvoorstelbare geopolitieke veranderingen gaan hand in hand met afnemend vertrouwen in de democratische rechtsstaat.
