In een sporttas die na de beroving van het Drents Museum is gevonden in een container in de Pelikaanstraat in Assen zaten microdeeltjes goud. Het OM stelt dat daaruit blijkt dat de gestolen gouden helm en armbanden kortstondig in die tas zijn vervoerd.
