Als Den Haag op koers blijft, dan wordt per 1 juli een vergunningstelsel van kracht voor het vissen op garnalen in kwetsbare gebieden. Daarmee kan de sector twintig jaar vooruit. Toch voelt visser Dirk Jacob de Jong uit Aalsum zich met zijn rug tegen de muur gezet.
