Frans Bauer heeft een opdracht in het leven, vindt hij. „Nu de wereld zo onrustig is en iedereen tegenover elkaar lijkt te staan, wil ik mensen bij elkaar brengen. Laat mij het publiek maar vertellen dat we er moeten zijn voor elkaar.” Bij zijn nieuwe theatertournee zoekt hij zijn fans op in hun eigen omgeving. „Ze zien me als hun vriend.”
