Films van Drentse, Groningse en Friese makers moeten veel vaker vertoond worden, vindt Filmpact Noord. Het is een ‘filmrevolutie’ begonnen met als doel zulke films te vertonen op 1001 filmschermen in het Noorden, in vijf jaar tijd. Komend weekend is een groot startmoment.
