In het zuidoosten van Frankrijk is zaterdagochtend een grote stroomstoring. De autoriteiten van Alpes-Maritimes laten weten dat het westen van de regio is getroffen. Ook de Franse kuststad Cannes, waar momenteel het jaarlijkse filmfestival plaatsvindt, is volgens persbureau Reuters geraakt.
