„We staan als school midden in de samenleving. Dat betekent dat we omzien naar anderen”, aldus directeur Sjouke Visser van het Lauwers Collega in Buitenpost, dat dit jaar het 50-jarige jubileum viert. De leerlingen van de school wisten 2500 euro bij elkaar te krijgen tijdens de Fancy Fair. Het geld werd deze week overhandigd aan vrijwilligersorganisatie Stichting Present De Wâlden.
