De hoge levensstandaard in Leeuwarden was voor ijshockeyer Patrik Janáč belangrijker om voor Leeuwarden te kiezen dan het niveau van het ijshockey in de Friese hoofdstad. Al wordt het wel steeds beter, dankzij hem (vorig seizoen topscorer eredivisie) en zijn ijshockeyvriend Rastislav Vereš (tweede op die topscorerslijst) die al ruim drie jaar voor OG Capitals uitkomt.
