Na bijna vijf jaar leegstand komt De Blauwe Stoep in Leeuwarden weer tot leven. Dit weekend krijgt het iconische pand aan het Gouverneursplein eindelijk weer bezoek van hongerige gasten. Drie jonge Leeuwarder ondernemers openen restaurant De Gouverneur.
