In Friesland belandt elk jaar zo’n 76 miljoen euro aan zorggeld in de zakken van criminelen en fraudeurs. Wethouder Eugène van Mierlo slaagt er in Twente in met een harde aanpak zorgcriminelen te weren - en roept gemeentes in het Noorden op zijn aanpak over te nemen.
