De failliete verfgroothandel Giesing Coatings mag zijn doorstart niet in het huidige bedrijfspand maken. De kortgedingrechter heeft het verzoek van curator Cynthia Grondsma afgewezen. IFF Vastgoed krijgt toestemming het gebouw te verkopen aan tankstation-exploitant Halma.
