In wandelfilm ‘The North’ trekken twee oude vrienden door de Schotse Hooglanden. Veelal zwijgend op zoek naar verbinding met de natuur, elkaar en zichzelf. ,,Niet alles hoeft besproken te worden’’, stelt hoofdrolspeler Bart Harder (35) uit Leeuwarden. ,,Dat kan juist getuigen van diepe vriendschap.’’
