Lutsharel Geertruida moet na de thuiswedstrijden tegen Willem II en Slavia Praag ook het uitduel met Heracles Almelo komende zondag nog aan zich voorbij laten gaan. De verdediger is niet tijdig hersteld van zijn blessure.
Hoofdcoach Arne Slot zag Feyenoord ongeschonden uit de intense strijd met Slavia (3-3) komen en mist naast Geertruida enkel Justin Bijlow (langdurig geblesseerd) en Philippe Sandler in Almelo. De verdediger hervatte deze week wel de training op het veld.
