Feyenoord gaat na dit weekend de interlandbreak in als de nummer vijf van de Eredivisie. Dat had plek twee kunnen zijn, maar de Rotterdammers gingen in Arnhem met 2-1 onderuit tegen Vitesse. Zo werd het ingehaald door FC Utrecht, dat stuntte tegen Ajax en PSV, dat Sparta versloeg. Feyenoord heeft wel nog altijd een wedstrijd tegoed ten opzichte van de concurrentie.
