Kelvin Leerdam is opgenomen in de selectie van het Nederlands Beloftenelftal, voor een oefeninterland in en tegen Slovenië op woensdag 3 maart. Ook Feyenoorder Norichio Nieveld, die dit seizoen voor Excelsior speelt, ontving een uitnodiging voor het oefenduel van KNVB coach Hans Schrijver. Doelman Erwin Mulder staat op de standby-lijst.
