De afdeling Service & Tickets is op vrijdag 19 februari vanaf 16.00 uur gesloten. Zowel aan de loketten als telefonisch is de service afdeling dan niet meer bereikbaar. Op zondag 21 februari, de dag waarop de wedstrijd Feyenoord tegen ADO Den Haag wordt gespeeld, is Service & Tickets telefonisch bereikbaar van 9.00 tot 11.00 uur via 0900-1908. De loketten zijn dan geopend van 9.00 tot 13.15 uur.
