Inspanningsfysioloog Raymond Verheijen kan volgend seizoen naar Chelsea, zo meldt Daily Mail. Guus Hiddink zou hem erbij willen halen, omdat hij de fysieke fitheid van de ploeg niet goed genoeg vindt.
Verheijen liet eerder al weten aan het eind van het seizoen bij Feyenoord te vertrekken om freelancer te worden. Volgens Daily Mail wil hij eerst duidelijkheid of Hiddink bij Chelsea blijft alvorens eventueel in te gaan op het aanbod.
