Jon Dahl Tomasson is opgenomen in de voorlopige selectie van het nationale elftal van Denemarken, voor de komende WK-kwalificatiewedstrijden tegen Malta (uit) en Albanië (thuis). Die duels worden gespeeld op respectievelijk 28 maart en 1 april.In totaal behoren 36 spelers tot de voorlopige selectie. Op woensdag 18 maart wordt de definitieve selectie voor de twee interlands bekend gemaakt.
