Serdar Gözübüyük is aangesteld als scheidsrechter bij Sparta Rotterdam - Feyenoord door de KNVB. De Rotterdamse stadsderby staat in de vroege zondagmiddag gepland. Om 12.15 uur klinkt het beginsignaal op Het Kasteel.
Het arbitrale team van Gözübüyük bestaat verder uit assistent-scheidsrechters Charl Schaap en Jan de Vries. Ook vierde official Joey Kooij is aangesteld. De ondersteuning vanuit het ARAG KNVB Replay Center in Zeist komt van Bas Nijhuis en Terry Hoekstra.
