Liam Kelly maakt het seizoen af bij de Engelse club Oxford United. De 24-jarige middenvelder wordt voor de rest van het seizoen verhuurd aan de club uit de Football League One.
De Ierse middenvelder kwam afgelopen zomer over van het Engelse Reading FC. De jeugdinternational van Ierland kwam bij Feyenoord tot dusver tot twee invalbeurten. Kelly heeft in De Kuip nog een contract tot medio 2022.
