FC Twente is geïnteresseerd in Feyenoorder Calvin Verdonk. Dat meldt Voetbal International. Bij Feyenoord is Verdonk derde keus op de linksbackpositie, achter Ridgeciano Haps en Tyrell Malacia. Twente ziet Verdonk als opvolger van José Matos, die kampt met een zware knieblessure.
Onduidelijk is om wat voor transfer het gaat. Twente-nieuwssite TwenteInsite meldt dat het gaat om een huurtransfer. Volgens het medium is Verdonk al medisch gekeurd en zal zijn presentatie uiterlijk vrijdag volgen.
