Feyenoord heeft zich voor de zeventiende keer in de clubhistorie geplaatst voor de finale van de TOTO KNVB Beker. In de halve finales werd Willem II woensdagavond in De Kuip eenvoudig met 3-0 verslagen door doelpunten van Steven Berghuis, Robin van Persie en Tonny Vilhena.
