Feyenoord is halve finalist in de TOTO KNVB Beker. De ploeg van trainer Giovanni van Bronckhorst was woensdagavond in de kwartfinales van het toernooi met 2-0 te sterk voor PSV. Sam Larsson en Tonny Vilhena tekenden in De Kuip al voor rust voor beide goals, waarna de ploeg in de tweede helft tot het einde als collectief streed om de voorsprong te verdedigen.
