Feyenoord-trainer Giovanni van Bronckhorst maakt kans op een plek in het Gouden Elftal van Fox Sports. Dat elftal bestaat uiteindelijk uit de beste spelers uit zestig jaar Eredivisie.
Van Bronckhorst heeft concurrentie van Hugo Hovenkamp, Frank de Boer, Ruud Krol en Jan Heintze. Het Gouden Elftal bestaat tot nu toe uit Feyenoorders Eddy Pieters Graafland, Ben Wijnstekers en Rinus Israël. Frank Rijkaard is de enige niet-Feyenoorder vooralsnog.
