Het Nederlands elftal heeft de oefeninterland tegen Belgie met 1-1 gelijkgespeeld. Namens het team van bondscoach Danny Blind was Davy Klaassen trefzeker uit een strafschop. Feyenoorder Tonny Vilhena speelde een kwartier mee en vormde enige tijd het middenveld met onder andere oud-Feyenoorders Jordy Clasie en Georginio Wijnaldum. Steven Berghuis bleef negentig minuten op de reservebank. Zondag speelt Oranje tegen Luxemburg.
