De UEFA heeft Andris Treimanis aangesteld als scheidsrechter voor de Europa League-wedstrijd tegen Zorya Luhansk. De 31-jarige arbiter uit Letland wordt donderdagavond bijgestaan door vijf landgenoten.
Haralds Gudermanis en Aleksejs Spasjonnikovs fungeren in De Kuip als assistent-scheidsrechters. Raimonds Tatriks is de vierde official, terwijl Aleksandrs Golubevs en Edgars Malcevs als vijfde en zesde official zijn aangewezen.
