Eric Botteghin hoopt dat hij morgenmiddag al zijn steentje kan bijdragen aan sportief herstel bij Feyenoord. De Braziliaanse verdediger is hersteld van zijn hamstringblessure en hoopt de lekken in de defensie te kunnen dichten.
''Het is niet leuk om geblesseerd te zijn”, zegt Botteghin in De Telegraaf, ''maar als je ploeg dan ook nog blijft verliezen is het helemaal erg. Frustrerend ook, omdat ik in mijn hele carrière nooit eerder zo’n blessure heb gehad. Maar ik ben nu weer fit.''
