De ploeg van Giovanni van Bronckhorst, die 22 spelers in actie liet komen, speelde drie keer 45 minuten tegen de nummer zes van België. Het oefenduel vormde de afsluiting van het trainingskamp in Portugal. De selectie vliegt zaterdag terug naar Nederland.
