Tonny Vilhena is volgens het Algemeen Dagblad de eerst aangewezen speler om Simon Gustafson te vervangen zondag indien de Zweed een schorsing krijgt voor zijn vermeende elleboogstoot. Vilhena zou om die reden bij Jong Feyenoord al na een uur gewisseld zijn, daar waar spelers als Jens Toornstra en Lex Immers de hele wedstrijd bleven staan.
