Hoofdtrainer Giovanni van Bronckhorst kan de rest van dit kalenderjaar niet meer beschikken over Eric Botteghin. De centrale verdediger liep zondag in de tweede helft van de thuiswedstrijd tegen Heracles Almelo een hamstringblessure op.
Vandaag bedankt de verdediger op social media de supporters voor alle steun die hij heeft ontvangen. Ook laat hij weten dat zijn revalidatie al is begonnen en hoopt snel weer terug te zijn bij Feyenoord.
