Feyenoord sluit zaterdagavond de voorbereiding op het nieuwe seizoen af tegen een tegenstander van formaat. De ploeg van hoofdtrainer Giovanni van Bronckhorst neemt het in De Kuip op tegen Olympiakos FC, met afstand de succesvolste voetbalclub van Griekenland. Met 42 landstitels – waarvan liefst 17 behaald in de afgelopen twintig jaar – staat er geen enkele maat op de club waarvoor Colin Kazim-Richards tijdens het seizoen 2011-2012 uitkwam.
