De laatste training van Feyenoord in aanloop naar de Klassieker is zaterdag massaal bezocht door supporters. Met hun aanwezigheid en aanmoedigingen gaven zij de selectie een extra stimulans voor de thuiswedstrijd tegen Ajax van komende zondag. Trainer Ronald Koeman kon tijdens de afsluitende training, die plaatsvond in De Kuip, beschikken over een complete selectie van in totaal 23 spelers.
