Afgelopen week dook er ineens een e-mail op van PvdA-wethouder Moti die gericht was aan de fractieleiders van de coalitiepartijen van het stadsbestuur: PvdA, VVD, CDA en D66. Er zou instaan dat het college instemt met de garantstelling voor de bouw van de nieuwe Kuip.
