Feyenoord is met zes spelers vertegenwoordigd in de selectie van het Nederlands elftal voor spelers onder 19 jaar, voor de aanstaande oefenwedstrijd tegen PEC Zwolle die op 14 november wordt gespeeld. Boy de Jong, Terence Kongolo, Lucas Woudenberg, Tonny Vilhena, Anass Achahbar en Jean-Paul Boëtius behoren allen tot de selectie van KNVB-coach Wim van Zwam,. Ook oud-Feyenoorders Karim Rekik (Manchester City) en Nathan Akë (Chelsea) ontvingen een uitnodiging voor het oefenduel.
