Terwijl Feyenoord bijna rond is met een nieuwe spits, weet het nu ook definitief dat het kan fluiten naar John Guidetti. De aanvaller blijft komend seizoen gewoon bij Manchester City. Guidetti kampt al maanden met een blessure en komt het komende seizoen mogelijk helemaal niet meer in actie. Daarom zien The Citizens de Zweed graag in Manchester revalideren. Pas als Guidetti helemaal fit is, is een verhuur weer bespreekbaar.
