Het Nederlands Beloftenelftal heeft vrijdag het tweede duel tijdens het internationale toernooi van Toulon verloren. Japan was met 2-3 te sterk voor de ploeg van coach Adrie Koster. Miquel Nelom begon in de basis bij Oranje. Nederland wist afgelopen woensdag het eerste groepsduel met 3-0 te winnen van Egypte. Aanstaande zondag speelt Oranje de afsluitende poulewedstrijd tegen Turkije.
