Vanmiddag werd Fred Blankemeijer naar zijn laatste rustplaats gebracht. Veel supporters brachten een laatste eerbetoon aan deze oer-Feyenoorder. Na afloop keerden spelers en technische staf weer terug naar de Kuip. Waar op een nat en modderig Varkenoord werd getraind in aanloop naar het competitieduel tegen Heerenveen.
