Vanavond staat de stadsderby tegen Sparta op het programma. Bij Feyenoord is Stefan de Vrij een twijfelgeval. Daarnaast zit Jon Dahl Tomasson na lange tijd weer bij de wedstrijdselectie. Het strijdplan van de stadionclub is duidelijk; 'We gaan in ieder geval heel aanvallend spelen, want we willen winnen', zei trainer Mario Been dinsdagmiddag. De wedstrijd wordt gespeeld in Rotterdam-Zuid en staat onder leiding van arbiter Kuipers.
