UTRECHT (ANP/BLOOMBERG) - Het Nederlandse farmaciebedrijf Merus wordt overgenomen door zijn Deense branchegenoot Genmab. De Denen betalen zo'n 8 miljard dollar voor de onderneming uit Utrecht die een behandeling ontwikkelt voor kanker in het hoofd-halsgebied.
