TILBURG - Aziatische restauranthouders trekken aan de bel bij gemeenten. Sinds de overheid een streep zette door de speciale regeling waarbij koks uit Azië gemakkelijk een werkvergunning kregen, houdt onder andere de Tilburgse Yong Xiang (36) zijn hart vast. „Straks gaat de zaak nog ten onder.”
